Substance & Precision was founded on a simple, radical idea: What if we did the opposite? What if we built a consultancy that valued clarity over chaos, partnership over projects, and substance over hype?

Co-Founder & CEO

Katarina is an ex Microsoft employee, spent almost two decades as a Business Developer in various industries. She is the "Substance" in our name, obsessed with finding the authentic truth of a brand.

Ivan Pavković

Co-Founder

Ivan is seasoned Web Dev Artisan with extensive experience in Startups and Sybersecurity arena. He do SEO as well. He is the "Precision" in our name, obsessed with being precise with strategy.
